SJCC Dinner - Food was good, company was great, chefs were entertaining. Great time.
Caramelized onions, ham, cheese. Braised US Prime Beef Short Ribs. Prawns in master stock. Ekro dutch milk fed osso buco. Whipped potato gratin. There were carvings of tajima beef and live station of pan seared scallops.
Roadhouse
Pulled Pork Sliders ($13) Best I have ever tasted and the best dish of the whole meal.
B.Y.O.B Wagyu Beef, Streaky Bacon, Caramalized onions, Housemade BBQ sauce, Red Cheddar, Big ass onion rings. A la carte on a Saturday, shall return on weekdays for the lunch combo and the freaking delicious sliders. ($24)
Deep Fried Cheesecake, it is nice, but I won't order it again. ($12)

Angry Chicken Ragu Pappardelle ($15.50) Not that fantastic.
Truffle Fries ($6.90) It was quite good, but the sliced frozed china truffles didnt help. Sorry just saying, but it is worth it.
