Since i was doing a project for school, I decided to share my experience. I did a field trip to Capella, Singapore which happened to be my workplace :P Let me show you around.
Sunday Brunch at Capella, Knolls is something to celebrate about. The executive chef, David Senia is a true role model of Hospitality. There is a wide variety of food that you will be spoiled for choice! The types of food changes now and then like a menu. & guess what, there might even be guest chefs preparing their signature dishes for Sunday Brunch at Knolls. On the left is a picture of Laurent Bernard, the best pastry chef in Singapore.

That's right! Wild peacocks is an attraction of Capella too! If you are lucky enough, you will see the extremely adorable baby peacocks!
